NExA: What You Get
A system, delivered as a service.
There is no login and no dashboard, on purpose. What NExA hands you is the outcome: an answer with reasons, paperwork a lender can underwrite from, and a named advisor accountable for all of it.
Here is the inventory, stage by stage, so you know what you are paying for before you pay for anything.
Stage by Stage
What lands in your hands, and when.
What You Walk Out With
Both paths end in paper you can hold.
One read, two ways forward. Fundable now means the shortlist leads and we take the file to the lenders that fit it. Not yet means the fix list leads and you leave with the plan to get there.
You never walk out with a no and nothing else.
If the answer is fundable now
- The shortlist: which lenders, and the reasoning for each
- Your file, prepared in the shape each lender expects
- Term expectations grounded in what files like yours got
- Submission handling, lender questions fielded, offers compared
If the answer is not yet
- The fix list: every blocker, named and explained
- The sequence: what gets fixed first, and why
- Owners for each fix: you, PMG, or us, in writing
- Review points where we re-run the read against the fixes
The price follows the branches, and you will know the number before either path starts. Plan work is advisory: scoped and quoted up front. Placement carries an upfront component too, because we do not control the lending markets and will not tie our whole fee to an outcome we cannot own.
Lenders pay us nothing on either path, so no lender can buy our recommendation.
The full fee story lives on the About page.
Questions, answered
What owners ask about the deliverables.
Do I get access to the software?
No, and that is the point. A portal would hand you a dashboard and the homework; the service hands you the answer and a person accountable for it.
You get the paperwork, the sit-down, and a named advisor. The software stays our problem, not yours.
What does the forward plan physically contain?
A written document, in plain language. It lists every blocker, the fix for each, the order they get fixed in, who owns each fix (you, PMG, or us), and the review points where we re-run the read.
It is specific enough that you could, in principle, take it elsewhere and run it yourself. Most owners do not, but the plan is built to survive that test.
How fast does the read move?
The honest answer: as fast as your paperwork arrives. The read itself takes days once the intake list is complete.
The gathering is where files stall, which is why the checklist is specific instead of "send us your financials." We make no forward promise on lender timelines, because those belong to the lenders, not to us.
Does finding out where I stand touch my credit?
No. The read runs on the paperwork you hand us, not a credit pull, so finding out where you stand leaves your credit untouched.
A hard credit check comes only later, and only if you tell us to send a real application to a lender.
What if my situation changes mid-plan?
We re-run the read. A new contract, a lost customer, an equipment failure: any material change can move the answer, in either direction.
Review points exist for exactly this, and an off-schedule re-read costs a conversation, not a new engagement.
Know what you are buying before you buy it.
The intake list, the read, the sit-down, and the path document: that is the inventory. The first conversation costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and runs no hard credit check.
Lenders pay us nothing. The only file our advice serves is yours.
